ASHTANGA VINYASA
The practice of Ashtanga Yoga is based on a sequence of asanas that are linked together by a series of movements, called vinyasa. The vinyasa is coordinated with a breathing technique called ujjayı. The practitioner is able to control and steady the breath, using it to create internal heat in the body that increases strength, stamina and flexibility, while boosting the metabolism. This powerful yoga program results in a well defined, sculpted body.

This yogasana series builds on the basic principles of breath, movement, alignment, and relaxation. The postures featured are some of the most familiar and accessible and add a layer of deeper mental, emotional, and energetic awareness. Mantra, more complex asana, pranayama, and meditation work synergistically to release blockages and cleanse the mind.

Admiring those glowing faces, we often wonder if we too could have a skin so young and beautiful. Well, it’s not a far-fetched dream anymore! Now you too can flaunt healthy and radiant skin with just a simple four-letter word – yoga – and a glow on the face that lasts, is yours to keep. Firm up your jawline, banish droopy eyelids, decrease a double chin, diminish crow's feet and smooth nasolabial folds. It's an effective technique practised each day while sitting comfortably. The facial exercises are followed by an all natural facial. These highly specialised exercises lift, firm and tone all 57 muscles of the face and neck, literally turning back the hands of time and restoring a firm, smooth, glowing facial appearance. Experts hail it as the simple and non-surgical way to turn back the clock.

PRIVATE CLASSES
I also offer private lessons for individuals seeking one on one attention for their yoga practise. Private yoga lessons can be used to address concerns such as injuries, therapeutics, energy balancing, and can even be used to transform bad habits including postural misalignments. They ensure personal attention at all levels and in the case of beginners, private lessons offer exposure to the meaning and essence of yoga. The lessons offer an in depth understanding of the need of yoga and the correct alignment in each asana. This can be scheduled even if you are currently enrolled in group yoga classes.
